Like people, weddings come in many sizes and styles. We can plan an elegant served meal, a sumptuous buffet or a family style meal, for 200 guests, 100 guests or for a smaller, more intimate gathering. When we first speak with you, we try to learn as much as we can about you and your wedding vision. After our initial proposal, we invite you to meet with us to sample some of the menu items. At that meeting we also talk about color scheme, the flow, and the overall tone of your event. We can recommend sources for lighting, wedding cake, music, and flowers; and if you wish, we can order them for you.
Once you reserve your date with us, we often set a time to meet at the site to walk through your event, and as the big day approaches, we are in contact with your wedding planner, if you have one, or other vendors. We finalize all of the details, from timing to décor. Of course, you will have an opportunity to taste your entire menu. We want to make sure all of the items you have chosen are prepared to your particular wishes.
