Welcome to our on-line school lunch program for
Lycée Français la Pérouse, Ortega Campus, San Francisco!

To order lunches:
• Please fill out the requested information
• Please check the items you are ordering for your student
(If you have more than one child, please fill out the form completely for each student)
(We will always have the current and the next month’s choices on-line for you)
• We will contact you by email or phone to confirm your choices and to arrange for payment.
Each lunch costs $6.00, and includes the entrée, fresh salad and a piece of fruit.

Orders must be received 1 week prior to the first requested lunch. We will call or email you within 48 hours (during regular business hours) to process your order, so please double check the accuracy of the contact information you provide us. We prefer payment by Visa or Mastercard. If you choose to pay by check, it must be received 3 business days prior to the first requested lunch. If you pay by credit card, we will automatically charge future orders to that card unless instructed otherwise. You will be notified by email when these charges are submitted.
For each student, orders must be placed for all lunches needed for the month. A $5 processing fee will be charged each time additions or changes are made to the original order. We will waive this fee for the month of September.
As stated in the contract between Lycee and Delicious: Delicious will not be required to reimburse parents for vacations, illnesses, or other cancellations.
As a member of Marin Organic, we strive to use organic, fresh, locally grown products in all of our menu items. Delicious Catering is also the first certified caterer in Marin County in the Green Business program.

This is for your reference only, it does not constitute placing an order.
