The brunch was absolutely wonderful. The food was delicious and almost gone by the end of the party. All the guests were impressed. I can’t say enough about your staff. They were so very easy to work with and even though we were constantly in their way, they never lost their wonderful sunny dispositions and humor. The table was constantly being replenished and the coffee was always hot. We had to leave before the cleanup was completed but when we returned the house was cleaner and neater than before they came.

We have nothing but wonderful memories of our wedding and also of Delicious Catering: you all did such a fantastic job both in the planning stages and also on the day of the event. Really, you went far beyond just “catering” and made the day go smoothly for everyone. We were so impressed at how seamless everything appeared, and we recognize that much of that seamlessness was due to a lot of hard work behind the scenes on the part of everyone involved with Delicious. It is rare, even in the professional world, that someone is able to listen to requests and specifications and then follow through with them. But you were able to do that. Everything – from the setting of the tables to the cutting of the cake – was exactly how we imagined it would be. You were available to communicate and discuss ideas, even when you undoubtedly had other more immediate concerns.

The staff was also amazingly adaptable and well organized. Oh, and did I mention that the food was “delicious”? We had really enjoyed our tastings, and of course were wondering if it could possibly be as good the day of, and for 100 people. IT WAS. Your chef is amazing, and the presentation of the food was beautiful, too.

We are so glad we hired Delicious to cater our wedding. You served the role of “wedding planner” in so many ways. Your organization, communication and excellent food make yours a first-class business.

As you know, we came to you somewhat late in the planning stages due to our negative experience with another caterer. Your team made us feel as though our business was important and we were well cared for. When I called, whomever I spoke to seemed to know me and be able to help with any questions I may have had.

Lara did a great job helping me plan the evening and execute our car theme dream, linens and all. She listened to me, offered suggestions and was a pleasure to work with.

When we came in for a tasting, both Lara and Ed always made us feel like we were the most important things in their busy day. During our tasting, Ed took the time to talk with us, explaining what we were tasting and getting our feedback. During our party, he and his staff provided us and our guests with delicious and beautifully displayed food. Although the weather was cool at the ceremony sites, all the guests were welcomed warmly at the reception by your staff with delicious hot hors d’oeuvres and beverages. During the buffet and afterward, all I heard was how wonderful the food was. The beef was cooked to perfection, the béarnaise sauce was delicious and the roasted vegetables were the best ever. Your staff handled everything very well (even though the proper tables were not set up for them). Everyone was well fed and attended to and all I heard from my guests was how nice the catering staff was.

I am just coming up for air after the wedding, and my first gasp is a huge thank you to you and all your staff who helped to make that day so very memorable. We cannot say enough good things about you and your food which was, indeed, delicious. Among our friends are many who attend a lot of public events and private dinners, and the single remark they made was this was absolutely the best food they’d ever had at a wedding, bar mitzvah or anniversary party. So I made sure they knew Delicious was responsible.

Turning tables and setting the arrangements out, then serving everything so seemingly easily and graciously, was quite wonderful. And it isn’t euphoria that makes me say that: I too have attended many weddings or similar celebrations where things go well, but the smooth flow is what I am praising just now. You dealt with everything with great competence and calm. Calm was perhaps the major ingredient we needed before the walk down the aisle.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation for the services that Delicious! Catering provided at our wedding celebration at Vorpal Gallery in San Francisco. Delicious! played an integral role in the success of our event. You and your team – led by T’sa (Teresa) the General Manager, Ed the Executive Chef, and Debbie the Banquet Captain – were amazing! It all started from the first time we inquired about your services.

When we initially considered wedding caterers, we asked you and five other local vendors to give us a sample food station-type of menu. Unlike the other caterers, Delicious! presented us with a creative menu containing diverse cuisines. Food was one of the most important aspects in our wedding planning, and our instincts told us that Delicious! was the caterer for our big day.

From our first meeting and tasting, you were always willing to listen to our ideas, think outside the box, and work within our means. We were impressed by the food we tasted, yet when we wanted to tweak our menu even a little, you and Ed never hesitated to suggest alternatives and invite us back to taste something different. We truly feel it was a collaborative effort all around.

As you may recall, our ceremony and reception seating arrangements were a bit non-traditional. Again, you and T’sa came through for us by creating a unique floor plan (which included getting down on your hands and knees with a measuring tape!) that involved traditional banquet rounds and chairs as well as barstools, kiosk tables, cabaret tables, a riser (for our "altar"), and stanchions. We loved the setup; it created the ideal ambiance that we had hoped for.

On our wedding day, we could not have asked for a more professional and competent team to lead The Show. Your professionalism, flexibility, and superior talents really shined as the evening transpired. The Delicious! team was quick, efficient, creative, and thoughtful. From ensuring that our event met fire code, to re-designing our centerpieces at the last minute, to re-setting the ceremony room into our reception room very quickly, to making ice cream cookie sandwiches for us, we could not have been happier and more pleased with your staff and the services they provided.
One of the most vivid memories we have of our wedding is when we first arrived at our wedding site, shortly before our wedding ceremony. It was incredible to see our event come to fruition after all the thought and planning that we ALL put into it. The Delicious! team was instrumental in making it happen.

Many of our 165 guests commented on how delicious the food was, from the appetizers to food stations to ice cream toppings! A funny aside: after our wedding, one friend claimed that he did not see the naan at the Indian food station, yet we later saw a photo that shows him reaching for seconds of naan (verified by his fiancée)! One relative apparently went back for the Korean beef four times!
