Your event planner will listen as you describe your vision. What is the most important part of your wedding? What worries you the most? If you aren’t sure just what you want, she will talk with you about the alternatives available. Your choice of location may set the tone for your reception. Is a buffet the best, or is the site more suited to a served meal?

A big part of the experience is meeting with your planner and our chef to taste some of your menu items. At that meeting we also talk about color scheme, the flow, and the overall tone of your event. We can recommend sources for lighting, wedding cake, music, and flowers; and if you wish, we make those arrangements for you.

Once you reserve your date with us, we will meet with you at the site to walk through your event. As the big day approaches, we are in contact with your wedding planner, if you have one, and other vendors. We finalize all of the details, from timing to décor. Of course, you will have an opportunity to taste your entire menu. We want to make sure all of the items you have chosen are prepared to your particular wishes. We can also accommodate special dietary needs (gluten free, vegan, allergies, etc), for you or your family or guests.

On the day of your wedding, you will know that our professional staff has every detail in mind. Your dream is in good hands, and all you need to do is enjoy it.
